Everyone in my team is overloaded and i am having a tough time finding an admin person to back us up recently. I hope this person can appear right in front of me asap.

Every single waking second, my mind is thinking about the long list of follow ups i have to do. It's even to the extend that i wake up in the middle of my sleep & think what i need to do the following day. I must learn to gong shi fen ming and not to think about work when i am at home.

This is very bad, i must stop this else i think i need a xin li yi sheng soon.
