After 8 long years, we finally moved on to the next chapter of our life on 27 Jul 09
A summary of the day's event is as follows.. My fav part was the hair and makeup session.. its magical how the make up and fake eye lash works.. Followed by the exchanging of vows and rings... my heart was skipping like a hamster but i like the feeling.

Thanks for all the blessings and well wishes. I would also to give a special thanks to Steph and Estee who took leave to attend this short ceremony. We love the flowers (fr Estee) and Precious Moment Figurines (fr Steph).
After the ceremony we had high tea Dim Sum buffet at Ah Ya seafood restaurant @ Shaw.. the food is great esp the hot & sour soup but their service sux.. but well it's cheap and i dont mind going again for cheap and yummy dim sum.
We are looking forward to the renovation completion in early August as well as delivery of our fridge, tv , washing machine, fan and rice cooker. I'm gona get the microwave oven next sponsered by Estee & Nick. THANK you very much...We are looking forward to your house warming as well.

27 Jul is finally here , cant believe its time for ROM. I hope tomorrow's weather will be a sunny one and everything will turn out smoothly.
Although our outfits, flowers and rings are ready, my feelings right now is nervous compared to being excited.. I have watched a few solemizatin videos, it seems normal for couples to be nervous. Maybe i should use one marker to mark an X on our fingers :P
Thank god our given slot is in the afternoon and i can sleep in late :)

Been sneezing all of a sudden the whole weekend.. my nose feel as if its gona fall off.
For a change Hubby Hao came visiting today and he brought me yummy chicken chop noodle + kweys .. yummy !!!
While i rest and watched youtube, he did this behind my back
He brought along his blackie (laptop) and Keyboard to play his game ... He cant survive without games just like i cant survive without youtube.. i guess after marriage we 2 will most likely be nuaing at home with our laptops..
Slept and nua the whole day until late evening his Dad came to pick us up and off we went to Audio House @ Sims Drive.. It's not very big but they do have some good bargain there... So we got our 42" Panasonic tv there and it comes with NTUC vouchers too !!!
We are left with mattress and curtains and this shall be sufficent for us to stay over the weekends..

13 Days to our Rom, we will be submitting our documents to ROM on 22nd July morning and at the same time we will be expected to "sompa" ... the thought of it is making me nervous. I scare i stutter, i scare i cant pronounce correctly....
I wonder what's gona happen on the actually ROM day, are we going to read a paragraph, repeat after the person or just simply say I Do.. I hope i can get over these procedures smoothly...

We bought these cute signage @ Home Fix but still deciding where to put them. It's meant for the toilet but we thinking to put them on our wardrobe instead ...kind of kiddish but i like :P
Didnt really have good experience with previous online shoping... but i decided to give it another try.. ordered this with Janice and her colleagues.. looking fwd to its arrival.

Today's a lazy day for me.. nua at home till 4 plus and made my way to our house... Estee came by to take a look at the progress.. Our main door is finally changed..looks much more better than the old one.
Had dinner at Sakae ..

I gona get big bowls for Udons/Ramen for my house in future.. hehe

I'm back safe n sound ... nothing scary or bad happen.. it was an enjoyable trip.
Met up with Liwen and Desiree @ Kranji Mrt , 9am .. It' the first time i am going to JB and i nv felt train (MRT) sick before.. Travelling time fr my house to Kranji is about 1hr... Getting to JB is easy with our very own Bus 160/170.. a little tip for those planning to go JB via public transport is to take the bus from the stop Opposite Krajit Mrt. This will save you some time. Taking public buses is much more faster than cars as they go through express lane. No Jam...
Crossing customs was easy , just like getting to shenzhen/macau fr HK. We reached City Square around 10am and some shops are already open.. but we decided to go for some local breakfast b4 we start shopping..
Had some prata and mee goreng with Milo Bing.. The prata was normal but mee goreng was yummy .. good enough to keep our tummy satisfied.. cost around 2 bucks or less per pax..
Then we started our shopping trip.. I didnt take much photos inside the mall as we were busy exploring. My fav part of the mall is the innercity which is something like Far east level 1 /bugis village filled with lots of little shops selling trendy clothes..I saw some dresses fr our very own Hurs selling at half the price. They have quite a number of shops selling men's wear & shoes and also games...Hubby Hao should find it quite interesting..
Walking around made our feet tired . Desiree and i Pampered ourselves with full set mani/pedi while Liwen shop around.. its very cheap.. $36 for french mani + coloured pedi.. including scrub.. while in spore it could cost easily up to $60 bucks for the full set.
We took a break in between our shopping at Baskin & Robbins and they were playing lots of Ling Fong's song on the stage ... too bad we missed seeing him while we did our nails.. Arrgghh so near yet so far...

I found Mr Baoz too .. We settled our dinner there and wanted to buy some back but as usual we shopped till we are left with minial.. next time perhaps :P

We bought our dream fridge (Samsung with Water Dispenser), washing machine (Hitachi with pink top) ytd...together with a fan and rice cooker....
We are left with one major item which is the TV.. to get LCD or Plasma ??? All so expensive and we dont watch TV at all... Still thinking about it...
OK.. i am off to JB now.. hope i can find mr Baoz...

My Hair and nails are growing longer and longer until i cant stand it anymore!!!
I am growing long nails for the sake of having nice frech mani/pedi... but my toenails doesnt seem to be growing ... i got 3 weeks to Jia You !!!
The hair has been growing well since last Nov, it has now pass the bra length (fr behind) It's getting harder and harder to style my hair now.. i cant let down coz the weather is hot, i cant rebond coz the curls wont stay if i were to curl them for the bridal photoshoot... I cant wait to trim them in Aug.
We will be heading down to ROM on 22nd July, wed to submit our documents for the actual day ceremony. Our appointment is 830am and we are going there to "sompah" ..yes i saw a few video clips that couples need to go there and swear b4 they can go through the actual ceremony.. you will be told to read a few paragraphs. I am not sure if i can "sompa" in proper English without any boo boos.. i guess i be dame nervous ...
