Blogger was down the past few days and i couldnt blog.. My thoughts are now jumble up .. pardon me if i am typing randomly .

House Updates

Our house is more complete now.. we are just lacking of the sofa, master bed and auto laundry system as well as internet connection (To set up in early sept) to complete. Probably will get them in Oct/Nov while we save up in the meantime. Currently it's good enough to stay over the weekends. I look forward to stay over during weekends and having breakfast/going to work with Hubby every monday. Sometimes if i am lucky i get seats on MRT. =P

Wedding updates

Some of my close frenz have seen my actual day gown during gown fitting. I am still considering to change my evening gown to something more orential. Currently i am in the midst of arranging for food tasting and also getting invitation cards, and wedding cakes. Hope to settle these 2 by Sept/early Oct. Need to start preparing for Estee's wedding too.

Others

My fav hangout for food now is at Kim Gary. I find their food tasty, even their yuan yuang is special very different taste from Xin Wang. In fact their portions are bigger and they have having this 20% return visit discount at Tamp One outlet.

I need to get a digital camera soon. Anybody has recommendations? My pinky panasonic (Abt 3 - 4 yrs old) is going abit haywire recently. I prefer something lightweight, slim, stylish and of coz take good quality pictures. It would be good if it uses SD cards too. Or shld i get a good HP with good camera. I can recontract with my mobile line which means getting a phone at a cheaper price.. N97 or I-phone ?

My fav variety show is Nu Ren Wo Zui Da from Taiwan.. it's a beauty/fashion program hosted by Lan Xin Mei and they often feature very interesting items.

One of them is the fringe holder..i stumble upon it @ SaSa today.. grab it almost immediately.. It is a valco like piece which help to keep your fringe in place while u wash ur face or apply mae up.

Doesnt it look like Minni Mouse's ribbons?



Another of my dream is to get the DIY princess hairstyle clip.. do let me know if you come across any in Singapore.

Weekend is over again but nevertheless i enjoyed this weekend catching up with my gossip gang ytd.

1st stop - Our house to drop off some stuff and it just happen that the delivery guy called and say they gona send our washing machine, fan and rice cooker over earlier.. Nice timing !!!

Our humougous fridge with the water dispenser and 4 ticks .. That's hubby hao favourite choice.



of coz internally the fridge has some other functions we liked like the mini separate box to store food with smell.

2nd Stop - Estee & Nick's home at Pasir Ris.. Her sofa is finally in and its springy.. i like the feel of it. It made me so comfy that i'm too lazy to get out of it..



Janice & Bryan came over to join us shortly after we reached... its the first time our guys met up and we hit it off pretty well.

Here's Estee introducing Janice to her kitchen and Kacee making a video of it..I'm in love with the window look out and laundry area.. too bad my kitchen layout doesnt permit me to do a window lookout to the dinning area.. it's block by the store room.



3rd Stop - Back to our house again with Janice & Bryan.. we had a good chat over our dinning table over Kacee's homemade cheese cake.. We were discussing about ideas for Kacee and Janice's future home. Hope to include more frenz the next round..

Looking forward to the official house warming after the Chinese 7th Month ! Probably somewhere in Oct 09...

Sat
Jio Steph and we went JB- City Square to shop and gather some items for our house.. Reached Spore Custom around 1130am and there was a huge crowd jam at the custom. The slow pok officers should be given some incentives like 10 ringgits for every 10 passport they chop and perhaps this would give them more motivation and speed up.

Our tummies were growling by the time we cross over and we settled our lunch at this fusion restaurant @ the basement...

We had fun shopping in the Inner City as well as the shop at the top level selling unique home items where we got our picture clock from .. We gona go back to get a 2nd one in a few months time

Had a tea break @ Marybrown.. the prawn fingers is good.. apart fr this the rest taste like any other Normal fast food



Bought Mr Baoz home.. the curry chicken bao is very nice.. gona get it again..

Sun
Went down to Ikea tampines to grab some household items and found out most of the item were sold out ... but we managed to get our laundry baskets. laptop table, dustbins and wardrobe organizing tools.

Mon
With the help of the whole family ( 6 of us), we went spring cleaning at our house today morning. Managed to clean the floors, interiors of the cupboards, fix up the curtains, clockes and tables. Afterwhich, round 2 to Ikea alexandra and we managed to grab the rest of the items we required including the quilt cover set and coffee table.. yipee

Though it's tiring but i really enjoyed spring cleaning as a family ... things seems to be more lively with more people around. Really appreciate every one time and help.

We did our photoshoot on 3 Aug, Mon which is a bright and sunny day. Choice of place include TP, Changi Airport T3 and Changi Point. It was a fun and tiring experience. My bones and arms felt as if they are gona fall apart at the end of the day.

We will be selecting the photos for editing next wed. Collecton of photos will be in another one month's time. I'm anxious to see how the photos turn out.

Btw, Someone pls stop me from spending money. I tink i better find a new job in an industrial area away from the town...

We went to the NDP preview ytd ! And it's one of the best NDP i ever watched live !And i heart the fun pack which can be used multiple ways and as a laptop bag !!!

Our first stop was ION orchard.. i must say the food hall is amazing and the best thing is my fav taco pachi from HongKong is here and there's a super long queue for it.



Had our lunch at this place which is just another sister branch of ajisen.. The ramien so so only but the black pepper ton toro is superb but cost $7.80 for a few pieces ..



Dunkin Donuts is also back in Spore too... nothing special i prefer Krispy Kermes

So many shops but no time , i'm going back there again today to do my nails.

Now for the NDP...as we got out of cityhall mrt, the place was flooded with people in red. We blend into the crowd happily and made our way to the marina bay front.

Spot the numbers of parachuters.. the last one was the funniest coz he overshot and fell stright into the camera right in front of us... Hope he dont do that on the actual day..
