Went for Baby Zack's baby shower last sunday @ Premier... Met some St Hildas gers, which i only find one gal familiar probably because she's the prefect. There's one gal who also remembered me & saw my pic in Estee's facebook for CNY gathering. I really don't recall her face or name at all...
Premier is the first DBSS in Singapore. It seems very near the Tampines Central but after a walk there in the hot sun, i think i still prefer my house location :P . We were abit regretful that we didnt bid for it initially when the price was reasonable. Probably during that time we just started out work & marriage wasnt in our plans yet. What i like about the Premier is the balcony & spacious dinning & living room area. The environment was windy as well. The setback about the design of Premier is the allocation of space. It has a narrow kitchen which can only accomodate maximum 3 medium size adults & tiny bedrooms. Comparing the 5 room @ premier , its just slightly bigger than an old 4 room flat & newer. Other than this i guess i still prefer old HDB flat. If property market is good in a few years time, i dont mind considering shifting to Tampines but must be in Central area closer to Tampines One/Mall.
After the baby shower, we headed to Tampines Central for a walk. Since we are there,we decided to bring Javier for his first haircut. I was worried he would struggle so i swaddle him up. Thank goodness he slept throughout & all the way home.
After the haircut , i think he look quite different & chubbier esp when his eyes are closed. Hopefully his hair will grow more & out soon.
Took this picture this morning after his milk. If only he can sleep like this after his milk at 12am & 3am.
