Ytd i spend almost the whole day doing the first round of tel interview. Selected 7 potential candidates and coordinate with the hiring manager as well as the recruitor from HQ to come down to office today...

I dun realli see a need for 3 interviewers if the job is only offering at the range of $1400 to $1600 (max) .. oh well... the first 3 candidates were very nervous..i can actually see them trembling and stuttering..some even too shock to answer anything.. This reminds me of myself when i was doing presentation back in poly... It was horrible. I felt really sorry for them but i cant help them..I have already given them all the information i noe and its up to them to perform.. Fingers cross, at least 4 pass the 2nd round, tml they will be going for the final round of interview.

By the time i pack up and leave the office, it was already 7:30pm.. on my way to mrt, i met my mom.. haha she happened to be shopping so end up i brought her to dinner at Ding Tai Feng and took a cab home.. tats how tired i am...

Zzzz 2 more days to weekend.. realli looking forward to it . ...
